INNER CONNECTION METHOD MENTORSHIP

Six weeks to come home to yourself.

Learn to understand your reactions, care for your feelings, and choose what comes next.

You don't have to do this alone.

This isn't a course where you watch lessons and move on. Each week brings live teaching, guided exercises, reflection, and conversation with Nicole Hickman, creator of the Inner Connection Method.

Together you'll slow down, notice what happens inside you before you react, shut down, overthink, please, or control, and discover what changes when you connect with yourself before deciding what to do next.

INTUITIVE WORDS

Something no other course offers

Throughout the six weeks, Nicole tunes in to the group and receives words connected to the emotions she senses. Together, you explore what each word brings up and how to connect with it.

Nothing is predetermined. Each group is different, and no two experiences are alike.

A small group by design. The mentorship is limited to 12 people, so there is room for real conversation and personal attention.

  • Tuesdays, 6:00–7:30 PM Pacific Time, on Zoom
  • Teaching, guided exercises, group discussion, and Intuitive Words each week
